Indian ADRs ended with mixed sentiments in the market during the trading hours of August 18.
In the IT sector, Infosys closed lower by 7.16% at USD 14.79; while Wipro closed flat at USD 5.96.
In the banking sector, ICICI Bank closed higher by 0.33% at USD 9.04; and HDFC Bank closed higher by 0.1% at USD 94.33.
In the other sectors, Tata Motors closed lower by 0.41% at USD 29.32; and Dr Reddy’s Laboratories closed lower by 0.23% at USD 30.75.
The tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite Index ended lower by 5 points at 6,216. The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed down by 76 points to 21,674 The S&P 500 closed marginally lower by 4 points at 2,425..
